I have 100 fever and flu and body aches i was told to take only panadol and soften but its not working i m 17 weeks pregnant

you can take 2 tablets of Panadol after every 6 hours of needed otherwise after every 8 hours. Take gargle with lukewarm water with pinch of salt. take hot tea, avoid drinking cold water or juice . its most likely viral infection so it will take time to resolve by 3 days. in case of worsening symptoms please reach to nearest emergency.

What do you mean soften? Also, panadol 2 tablets 6-8 hourly. One tablet will not work. Book online if still not relived.

Generally, we give panadol for mild fever but it depends on how long your fever has been running, the number of times you've had fever spikes and the associated symptoms. It also depends on how long you've been taking your treatment. But if its not working well, we need to evaluate you with detailed history and examination. You can book an online consultation for that.
there are nasal sprays containing normal saline. use those. get a cbc done to rule out bacterial causes. if viral will have to wait it out.and drink plenty of fluids

In pregnancy, paracetamol is safest for fever. You can add tab cetirizine(10mg) for flu symptoms, saline spray for congestion. Avoid ibuprofen and combination flu medicines.
you can also add cap amoxil 250mg (morning evening)
Take Capsule Amoxil 500mg 8hrly along with Softyn 10mg and Panadol for 5 days.Amoxil is safe in pregnancy. But for how many days you have fever ?you should wait for 5 days and then start Capsule Amoxil along with Softyn 10mg and Panadol tablet.
take Fexet plus panadol CF you will feel much better
