I am 17 (almost 18) and experiencing very intense sexual urges and intrusive sexual fantasies that feel uncontrollable. Exposure to porn, Reddit, and online relationship content increases my frustration, anxiety, and compulsive masturbation, which then leads to guilt and low confidence.
I also feel strong anxiety and fear related to marriage and relationships, including worries about being unwanted, not loved deeply, or being inadequate. These thoughts cause emotional distress, anger, hopelessness about the future, and a sense of mental “deadness.” I struggle with low self-esteem, lack of confidence, and depressive thinking.
