Asking for Husband, Male, 31 years old, north karachi
he has been having on and off fever for 20 days. its is about 102 101 in the begninig it was 103 or 104. first he feels cold and then he gets fever. acidity , want to eat food but refuses after few bites. weightloss blisters on lips and gums. can you plz guide me to whom should i visit , a general physician or GI SPECIALIST? What is the issue?

I think vhe is having Typhoid fever.Do the following investigations. CBC,Blood culture, M.P(ICT),Urine Dr.Injectable antibiotics like Inj.Rocephin 1Gm 12hrly
Tablet Azomax 500mg once a day
Tablet Febrol DS 8hrly for fever.
Syp.Lysovit 2TSF once aday.for 1 month.
Tablet Folic acid 2times a day.
Tablet Softyn 10mg once a day.
Somogel or Enziclr gel for local application.
Send me the labs and have online consultation.
All medications for 1 week and then increased accordingly.
Get him checked in a GP clinic for thorough examination. Get his CBC done and take the report along. He needs full work up to evaluate the underlying condition.
