What is her weight? How physical activity she does on daily basis? She needs to do a chest X- ray and ECG and see a cardiologist for evaluation. Also, she needs to see a psychologist to evaluate her condition. Also, do her Fasting Blood Sugar Levels and Lipid profile. Ask her to take small meals at a time to avoid dizziness after meals. She should start exercising regularly and walking everyday for half an hour at least.
