Mareez ko more than 1 year se back pain aur shoulder pain ho raha hai. Aksar neck mein left side, aagay ki taraf kisi vein ya nerve mein bohat khinchao aur pain hota hai jo jaw tak mehsoos hota hai. Patient ne CMH Rawalpindi mein specialist ko dikhaya tha, lekin dawai itni heavy thi ke patient zyada der tak le nahi saka. Sirf Synflex tablet 1 month li thi aur Sunny D 20,000 IU bhi 4 weeks tak li.
Ab bhi jab patient zyada kaam karta hai, jaise safai ya ghar ka koi heavy kaam, to pain phir start ho jata hai.
Ramzan mein rozay rakhne ki wajah se weakness hoti hai aur aksar Maghrib ke baad fever ho jata hai.
Reports mein shoulders ki bones par swelling mention hai aur Vitamin D level 12 tha. Us ke baad dobara Vitamin D test nahi karwaya gaya. Baqi blood tests sab clear thay.
Patient dawai lene mein bohat sensitive hai. Dawai lene se irritation feel hoti hai, is liye wo dawai lene se parhez karti hai. Yahan tak ke Panadol bhi nahi leti.
