Asking For Self, Male 17, Tharparkar sindh
“For the last three days, I have been masturbating once a day. Today I am feeling pain in my whole body, weakness and tiredness. I also have a headache and I do not feel hungry. Sometimes I feel a mild pain on the left side of my chest, but it is not very strong and I do not have any breathing problem. Occasionally I feel like I might vomit, but I do not actually vomit. I have also been feeling stressed, lonely, and I am not sleeping well at night.”

I have been experiencing some discomfort for the past few days. I feel uneasy, sometimes like nausea but without actual vomiting. I also have stress, poor sleep, and feel tired most of the time. Recently, I changed my drinking water source from submersible pump water to well water, and I am wondering if that could be related.Could my symptoms be related to the change in drinking water, or are they more likely due to stress, poor sleep, and fatigue?
