Jaise hi chorti hon again pcos ki complications start ho jati hain. Tumy bht heavy feel hota hai weight gain ho jata hai. Kindly mjhe suggest kren mei endocrinologist k pas jaon ? Ya dietitian k paas? Mai abhi bhi ovasitol khaa rahi hn lekin mera pait barra hota jaa raha hai or heavy feel hota hai.

Start myoinositol sachet once a day 3 months , tablet glucoohage 250 mg three times a day 6 months, low carb high protein diet , daily walk within 20 min of meals , apple cider vinegar ( 1 table spoon in a glass of water diluted )with straw before meals, cinnamon tea after meals , discuss about anti androgenic drugs with endocrinologist… life style modification is the mainstay of treatment in PCOs or PCO like symptoms , PCOS ko b control main rakhna parhta hai like BP Sugar .
