Since it is C3 and also on the upper outer quadrant do you have any family history of cancer in your close relatives like mother grand mother aunts or sister. In any case a trucut or excision biopsy should be done to rule out malignancy in any case. Needs examination.

Madam, FNAC report showing C4 you need Truecut Biopsy to rule out breast cancer. If truecut Biopsy confirms cancer then further test will be required like axillary ultrasound, receptors test particularly HERs 2 as you are very young 26 years old and if family history is positive then Genetic tests. Kindly upload Ultrasound report also.
