Stomach Or Upper Abdominal Pain N

Question

my wife had a h.pylori issue like 3 years ago which was treated and eradicated but after that she continuously faces stomach issues on and off. she still has upper abdominal pain BUT no burping,no acidity no constipation her stool  shape n color is also fine. she takes vonoprazan 1 in the evening.

Another question,when ever we being married couple bond/sleep together .. can she always develop stomach abdominal pain next day for couple of days after bonding being a stomach patient???? this i noticed several times but not sure about it.

Was that H.Pylori infection eradicated, I meant does she underwent H.Pylori Testing after 4 weeks of treatment?
