For optimized diet, I would suggest a protein & fibre rich diet. Include all sorts of fruits and boiled/sauteed vegetables. Mushrooms, eggs, meat, chicken, lentils, chickpeas, peas is good with small portions of stable carbohydrates including rice and roti. Oats are good as a fulfilling breakfast.
Baaki for exercising I would suggest taking a 30min walk after every meal. Have 2-3 days of muscle training in between. If you play sports, that is another good way of including vigorous exercise in your lifestyle.

Baaki, I would advise no drastic changes, no extreme exercises and no use of new products before your wedding.
