Talk to Gynecologist on Harmonal Imbalance And Irregular Spotting

Aoa. Here with heavy heart... I've irregular spotting since one year. After 6 months of birth of my daughter (normal bicep delivery) the problem started and despite of taking medicine regularly as Dr prescribed the problem is getting worse. Initially my cycle was regular but after one week of periods I was having severe dryness and itching and dryness and then spotting started for two to three weeks in each month. I'm having pcos. Each Dr recommends me there own pelvic ultrasound and medicine. Medicine that I used Mayo intostol sachet(3 months) Dia**e 35 (3 months) Fam**a 28 (3 months) Primol**e N ( 1 month) Gluco***ge 500mg (2 months) Mayo intostol sachet (4 months) And thus the year passed but nothing worked for me... I'm becoming hopeless Now my periods cycle is also disturbed and spotting is so worse that it's continues for two months with no day off. Where should I go and what should I do now.. tired of visits and paying fees

Yes I'm breastfeeding but feeding is almost like 5% because of medicine taken earlier. Dryness hasn't resolved yet it comes before spotting starts. And I'm also not using any contraceptive or anything. This is my tvs

How old is your baby ? Do u want to stop breastfeeding? As long as prolactin is high you can face dryness, loss of desire, dryness , and hormonal problems.. if prolactin is high this can be the cause, some bodies respond differently, is bleeding n spotting after intercourse?

Bleeding doesn't gets worse after intercourse and it remains in same flow as before. Bleeding isn't that normal spotting as it was before because now I'm daily changing one pad. I had my last periods on 7 march and then after one week I started having dryness itching and spotting started and still it's continues. Also having growth of hair on body and face that I never had before

Take capsule fluconazole 150 mg just once for itching , might be because of candidiasis.. take softin 10 mg once a day for itching for 3 days , try to understand that lactating mothers have this complaint of dryness during intercourse, visit a gynaecologist for per speculum examination..

Diane 35 or famila 28 are combined pills, and primolut N is single hormone pill, irregular periods k lie di jati hain, but did any dr did per speculum examination to see the cervix ? Any polyp or fibroid ? You mention d dryness n itching ? Is it cured now ?

As you have suffered a lot, if your ultrasound and examination findings are normal, you can discuss about mirena insertion, it is long term contraception as well as anti cancer, in mirena Intrauterine system hormone is secreted inside the uterus, n works there to stop bleeding and prevents any overgrowth of inner layer ..

Ok then stop lactating , take brotin 2.5 mg half at night for 7 nights , n then observe next cycles , when you start ovulating your periods may become regular.. insha Allah
