consultation with Neuro logist
Sleep walking or somnambulism is a phenomenon that is often connected to stress and is common in children. It is sometimes regarded as a form of epilepsy known as frontal adversive seizures. Carrying out detailed conversation during sleep is relatively unknown. A detailed history and examination included sleep EEG would be required. You need to consult a neurologist through Marham

What you describe can happen in certain sleep-related conditions where a person may talk, walk, or even interact during sleep without remembering it later. Stress, poor sleep routine, anxiety, sleep deprivation, and some medical conditions can sometimes make these episodes more frequent.
As the episodes are increasing now, it would be sensible to get a proper assessment rather than ignoring them. A detailed sleep and mental health history is important, and sometimes further sleep evaluation may also be needed.
Meanwhile, try to maintain a regular sleep schedule, avoid sleep deprivation, reduce caffeine late in the day, and make the sleeping environment safe. I would recommend booking an online consultation with a psychiatrist so the episodes can be assessed properly and you can be guided about the next best step.
