Asking for Self, Male, 21 years old, Lahore
Need a female perspective guidance! From a psychological perspective, I’m experiencing intrusive thoughts about personal and sexual boundaries. After hearing that women may be more physically open with each other (e.g., changing or grooming together), I developed discomfort toward close female relationships, even within families. This has affected my views on marriage, making me anxious about a partner’s privacy with other females. These thoughts sometimes become sexualized, leading to tension, and arousal, and temporary relief, but they recur repeatedly. I’m seeking to understand the psychological reason behind this pattern and how to manage it in a healthy, balanced way.
Intrusive thoughts reflect that u r having OCD. The treatment of OCD is so tricky. If some one just asks u to stop thinking, take interest in other activities, try to stop ur thought, to start doing religious practices or start medicines will worsen ur problem. I suggest that take ur problem serious otherwise it will increase day by day. Consult some experience practitioner as early as possible

Intrusive thoughts often do not reflect your values or intentions. They usually grow through anxiety fear guilt and repetitive mental checking. The more you react to them the more they return.
This pattern can be managed with proper psychotherapy by reducing obsession loops rebuilding healthy thinking and emotional balance. You are not defined by these thoughts.
If you would like confidential professional guidance this can be worked on step by step in session.
