Talk to Psychologist on Anxiety & Stress-Related Physical Symptoms

person-avatar

Asking For Self, Male, 25 Years old, Isl?m?b?d

Age: 25 Gender: Male

Whenever something goes wrong, feels dangerous, risky, stressful, or harmful, I experience a sudden physical reaction. My body feels shaky or shivery, and I feel weakness or loss of energy in my arms and legs, almost as if movement slows down or temporarily stops. I feel physically drained and uneasy during these situations.

My heartbeat also feels fast or strong during these episodes. I experience fear and panic at the same time. The symptoms usually last for some time and mainly happen whenever a stressful, risky, or emotionally upsetting situation occurs.

Previously, when I was free from university, I became very pressured and stressed about my future. At the same time, my relationship was also going through problems, so both stresses came together. At that time, these symptoms were present but milder. Now, they occur occasionally and feel more noticeable.

Please evaluate whether this may be related to anxiety, stress response, panic symptoms, nervous system issues, or any other medical or psychological condition.

What you’re describing strongly sounds like a nervous system stress response where your body shifts into survival mode during perceived stress or danger. The shaking weakness fast heartbeat and panic feeling are very common in anxiety and panic patterns even though they feel physically intense.

The fact that this connects with stress relationship pressure and future worries is an important clue. This is treatable and I’ve helped many people with similar patterns through a structured recovery approach. If you want proper understanding of the root cause and a clear plan you can book a consultation session.

The symptoms you mentioned shows that you are experiencing anxiety. It is concerning because symptoms are getting severe now. You must start taking therapy sessions. It id important to look into the history to find causes behind these issues, and then therapist will guide you how it will help you in managing these symptoms.

It sounds like you are navigating an incredibly heavy \"fight-or-flight\" response that is physically exhausting your system, and I want you to know that these sensations—the shakiness, the heavy limbs, and the racing heart—are very real biological signals of a nervous system under extreme duress. While these episodes feel overwhelming and unpredictable, they are often the body\'s way of processing deep-seated stress that hasn\'t had the chance to safely discharge. In our sessions, we won\'t just talk about the stress; we will work directly with your nervous system to help you regain a sense of safety and \"braking\" power, moving you from a state of being paralyzed by panic to one where you feel physically steady and in control again. You’ve been carrying this burden alone for a long time, and you deserve a dedicated space to finally ease that pressure and find a path toward lasting calm.
