Hi docs, I have inflammatory throat since last night and a bit of flue. After that most of the time people get a fever. Give me some prescriptions right now to avoid fever. I also took Acefyl syrup 2 spoons.

Take Tablet Zetro 500mg once a day for 3days.
Tablet Ponstan Forte 3times a day for 3 to 5days.
Continue Syp.Acefyl 2TSF 3times a day. Gargles with Normal Saline.

Tablet Paracetamol when in fever.

And add a pinch of salt in luke warm water and gargles.
