there are some people in my life. Jinka muje bht khof h . past traumas, or difficult childhood ki waja sy muje aesa lagta h ye log meri khushi cheen lenge. I am married now & in first trimester and afraid of people that they can take my happiness. whenever I think, my body become cold, shivers, and I just become so stressfull. I M really afraid of hasad, Nazar, and people. kindly help me how can I get rid of this fear. how can I be normal person. I don't wanna fear people. I am also doing memorization course, learning tafseer to make me busy. I just want to disappear from here. I can't face people. I can't be in front of them. kindly if anyone can help me.
