Laryngeal cancer refers to cancerous tumors that develop in the throat (pharynx), vocal box (larynx) or tonsils. Your neck is a muscular tube that starts behind the nose and ends in the throat. It usually starts in the flat cells that are in your neck. Your voice mail is located right under your neck and is also prone to throat cancer.
