Cant Control My Anger
Salam. I am a mother of a 4 year old boy. The problem is that I can't control my anger. We live in a joint family. Sometimes my child gets stubborn and dont listen to me at all and in the end I hit him badly. I know I am wrong but cant control my self. Otherwise my boy is very obedient when he's with me.. but when he is with other family member he throws tantrums even for small thing.. My main problem is that how can I cantrol my anger and how can I avoid beating him, even I know that I totally wrong. I cry everytime I hit my child. Kindly help me.
