Talk to Gastroenterologist on Stomach-related Restlessness

I have a problem where I sometimes experience intense restlessness. My breathing becomes slightly tight, and I feel an unbearable sense of discomfort. This issue seems to be related to the stomach, but even after consulting many doctors, no one has been able to properly diagnose it.

Although it doesn’t usually occur in normal conditions, a slight uneasiness remains, and when the issue does appear, I become extremely restless and unable to stay in one place — I keep moving around.

There is no vomiting, no burning sensation in the stomach, and no excess saliva or water in the mouth during these episodes.
