iron deficiency is valid but there is no thing as blood deficiency. agar hb kam hai tou iske liye ferritin, tibc, folate level aur tsh krwaen. hb bnany k liye folate ferritin dono chahye hain. tibc show krta how much iron can be absorbed from food. tsh shows thyroid status.
