Tablet Iberit Folic in the morning
Eat fruits and drink plenty of water especially before feed drink 1 to 2glasses of water.
Get done your CBC,Vitamin D and RBS.After reports have online consultation for further treatment.
Get done the investigations first.Both are good but the level of Vitamin D should be known before taking supplements.

Take iron tablets for atleast one month.Get done your CBC.It will be continued further if Hb is low.
Take Tablet Osnate D for atleast 3 months or continue it since you are feeding your baby.
For Melasma consult a dermatologist.
