Talk to General Physician on Burping, Phlegm, Difficult Breath

Dear Doctors Assalaam u Alikum. I have problem since 1 year. I feel phlegm in my throat which stuck not come out and I force to spit it. Some times it comes little but still I feel it in my throat. At the same time I start heavy burping and shortness of breath. It’s mostly happened 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. After it I get relaxed and feel nothing any problem. But that phase was very heavy for me and feel like my throat is going to block. I consult ENT finding no problem. Also have done enough omeprazole and esomeprazole. Please help me in this regard.
