Since 1 week i m feeling dizzy continuously unstop and nausea can't stand, lie or walk stably. I have a history of cervical spondylitis pinched nerve,weak nervous system, insomnia cant sleep continuously for 36 hours on regular basis with a short sleep of 1 or 2 hr and then sleeplessness starts again.
