Don't worry. Use Syp. Prospan . 1/2 tsp 1+1+1 for 3 days. its a honey based good formula non sedative. very effective for dry cough.
Also do salt gargles. 1/4 cup hot water and pinch of salt and ask her to drink or do gargles. very effective in this cold weather. make it a routine. even in normal days.
if she doesnt have fever or other symtoms it will most likely resolve on its own as it seems to be a viral infection. using a humidifier or steam can relieve her cough, in sha Allah.
