Talk to General Physician on Excess Of Sweetness From Body

I am 33 years old. Ever since I became an adult, I have been sweating profusely between my palms, armpits, between my feet, on my nose and under my soles. When wearing socks in shoes due to sweat, these socks give off a strange odor due to sweat. I have also tested the Thai Rhythm Glands which showed that some glands in my Thai Rhythm Glands are 0.02% higher. The color of my throat and neck is also black while the rest of my body color is wheat. I myself am a teacher in a government school but I can't read a book all the time because of sweat in my hands because the paper of the book gets shattered due to sweat. Excessive sweating has also weakened my bones. Please name a good home remedy or medicine that will solve these problems of mine.
