My husband is obese and smokes alot around 20 cigarettes in a day, he also consumes alot of sugar and exercise is almost zero, since 2/4 months he’s started playing cricket once a week. Bazahir everything looks okay, he’s healthy, no issues but i still want to get him evaluated for his health. His urine early morning is very orange which makes me concerned, i also worry about his heart health and fatty liver considering both his obesity, his big belly and smoking habits. Can anyone here guide me about any tests that are required to rule out fatty liver and anything related to the heart?

also orange urine cohld be just more concentrated needs driiking more water amd observe for that can just get a urine routine analysis and serum creatinine. if any frothing in urine as well get a urine Albunin to creatinine ratio.
