Do you gave any other symptoms along with the headache? Redness of the eye? Tearing? Runny nose? Any visual disturbance?
I would recommend you see a neurologist.

it has many causes so need to be visited by a specialist physician soon after taking history and doing physical examination and some tests then everything will be cleared up
