Talk to General Physician on Headache Numbness

I am having headache with ringing ear from past 3 weeks but not much improvement even after taking klodic and indral on doctors consultation. My head feels tingling and numbness during sleep and when I go in sajda or I get up from sitting position. The pain keeps on moving from right to left to center as if oxygen is not going to the brain. What exactly it is? Sinus? Muscle tightness or nerve pain?
