Talk to General Physician on High BP, Stomach Issue And Vomiting

My mother has a stomach issue and her blood pressure goes high. First she gets upset stomach/diarrhea, then her BP rises to 140-160, then vomiting starts and it doesn’t stop. After vomiting, her BP sometimes drops but sometimes stays high. Because she has high bp problem, she can’t even take ORS, and the vomiting won’t stop. This has been happening since few months . She doesn’t even use much salt. I’m very worried about her. Can you please tell me what she should do and what could be the cause of this?

We need proper history to assess her condition
Get done her CBC,FBS, HBAIC, Lipid Profile and Vitamin D..Give her Tablet Sofvasc 5mg at night.For stomach issue give her Tablet Motillium 3times a day before meals. Syp.Mucaine 2TSF 3times a day. Biflor sachet 2times aday for Diarrhoea. If vomiting and loose motions still persist then give her Tablet Ciproxin 500mg 2times a day for 3 to 5days. Send me the reports and have online consultation.

Her Hb is 9.5, serum cholesterol 210 and HBA1C 6.38% and for bp she takes Zestril 10mg is it good medicine and if good then why her bp spikes sometimes?
