Salam !! These days I am having pulse rate from 100 to 120. My routine is badly messed up. Plus I am having stress regarding some issues, when ai am doing work(sar jhuka kerk) I feel bit heavy headness. Should I seek medical attention or I should consult physiologist.? Thanks
