Talk to General Physician on Homeopathic

Aoa My age is 24 years Male. i have many Problems amd for them i am searching for self medication in that i see a Medicine called "Selenium". and surprisengly its symptoms match my symptoms ie Anxiety, Stress, Restless Dreamy Sleep, always feel burden in my mind. Energy levels remain low even after 8hrs sleep. Too lazy. In sunlight i feel head-ache. I forget small things. I have dry sking but on my face it likes a n Oil Massage. I have to clean my throat before i Talk to anyone. Restless legs. I like too cold water and Cold-Drink in Winter and Too hot Tea in summer as they boost my energy. I have sexual problems like Premature Ejaculation. As i search Selenium can be affective in my case. but i dont know as starting point which Selenium or any other Medicine of which potency i start. Please reccomend me Medicine that i start
