cap. Augmentin 625mg three times daily for a week
Half of the nail should be removed and application of carbolic acid with antibiotics and pain should be taken
Soak the toe 3 times daily for 15 to 20 minutes in warm water , and clean it, then apply Bactroban ointment on it. If there is pus , start antibiotic Augmentin 625mg 3 times daily for 7 days
better if you share the pic of infected nail otherwise self use of antibiotics in any form is not advisable
for general care you can cut out nail as much u can easily out of the skin part
maintain general hygiene soak in salt water or pyidine solution if available and keep your foot dry use open shoes
