Okay, I understand. You're a 27-year-old female in Lahore experiencing intense itching, particularly on your legs, with a crawling sensation that's worse at night and disrupting your sleep. You've tried various topical treatments and hygiene measures without relief.

This sounds very bothersome. To give you the most relevant information, I need a little more information:

1. Are there any visible signs on your skin? (e.g., rash, bumps, redness, dryness, bites, etc.) Even if they are faint, please describe them.
2. Where on your legs is the itching most intense? (e.g., ankles, calves, thighs, all over)
3. Do you have any other symptoms? (e.g., fatigue, fever, weight loss, changes in bowel habits, any other skin issues elsewhere on your body)
4. Do you have any known allergies or medical conditions?
5. Are you taking any medications or supplements?

In the meantime, here's some general information:

Itching with a crawling sensation (formication) can have several potential causes. Some possibilities include:

* Skin conditions: Eczema, dry skin, or other dermatological issues can cause intense itching, especially at night.
* Nerve issues: Sometimes nerve irritation or damage can cause sensations like crawling or itching.
* Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS): While typically associated with movement urges, RLS can sometimes cause itching or crawling sensations.
* Iron deficiency: Low iron levels can sometimes cause itching.
* Anxiety or stress: Psychological factors can sometimes manifest as physical symptoms.
* Less likely, but possible: Infestation (although you've taken steps to rule this out) or certain medical conditions.

Given the persistence of your symptoms and the lack of relief from your current measures, *I strongly recommend consulting with a doctor or dermatologist*. They can properly examine your skin, review your medical history, and potentially order tests to determine the underlying cause and recommend appropriate treatment.

Need to diagnose 1st, could be some kind of allergy (food etc) , if visible lesions than need to rule out scabies/fungal infection and eczema. If nothing get S/IgE levels and CBC , LFTs test. Ideally visit dermatologist in person please
