مجھے ایک دم سے گھبراہٹ ہونے لگ جاتی ہے زیادہ تر مجھے صبح کے ٹائم گھبراہٹ ہوتی ہے جب سو کر اٹھتا ہوں پھر ڈکار ائیں گے تو گھبراہٹ ختم ہو جائے گی اور معدے میں سارا دن ہلکی ہلکی درد ہوتی رہتی ہے کھانے کے بعد گھبراہٹ ہونے لگ جاتی ہے کھانے کے دوران بھی اور ایک دم سے جسم میں جان سا ہو جاتا ہے اور ہر ٹائم ٹانگوں میں درد اور کمزوری فیل ہوتی رہتی ہے پورے جسم میں درد چلتی پھرتی رہتی ہیں گیس بھی بہت بنتی ہے زیادہ دیر چیئر پر بیٹھا رہوں تو ٹانگ یوں ہو جاتی ہیں جیسے ٹانگوں میں کوئی راڈ فٹ ہو گیا ہو
