Talk to General Physician on Nausea And Chest Tightness

Aoa dear doctors, past two weeks I felt chest tightness and much difficulty in breathing. I didn't pay attention and after a day I felt Normal. two days ago I got vaccinated (Cansino) and now I feel the same previous problem such as nausea and feeling heaviness in chest. I am afraid what should I do now?
