Assalamualaikum. Ye baar baar zukaam aam tor pe allergy ki waja se hota he. Kisi na kisi cheez se patient allergic hota he usually. Sab se pehle tou uss cheez ko avoid krna hota he. Symptom relief k liye anti-allergic medication use krni hoti he.
Iske ilawa wo patients jin mein nasal sinuses ka problem hota he unko baar baar sinusitis ki shikayat ho sakti he jis se bhi aksar zukaam hota he.
