Note Mareez depression aur anxiety ka patient bhi hai
Get done the following investigations.
CBC,Blood Culture,RBS,HBAIC,Serum Uric acid, LFTS, CRP,Lipid Profile, Urea /Creatinine, Urine DR,Vitamin D.
Take Tablet Nuberol forte 2times a day for 5days
Tablet Osnate D once a day
Capsule SGINDROP D 042-32591427, units every 15th day for 3months and then 1monthly for 6months.After investigations have online consultation for detailed history and management.

XRay Cervical Spine AP and lateral view should be done also to rule out Cervical Spondylosis. Physiotherapy required and also Orthopaedic opinion .Get done other investigations which I have advised and not done before for further management.
