I am using concor 2.5mg daily for palpitation and raising BP which can occur any time iam feeling continues pain in my left side arm and shoulder can I take stresam 50 mg twice with concor
if you have anxiety or Panic attacks you need and you have no history of Hypertension before you need Ambulatory or Home based Oxygen monitoring to see you are hypertensive or not. you need to record you Bp in the morning and in the evening two readings and consider the lower reading record it on a page and then after one week exclude the first day reading and average of the remaining 6 days is your BP. if it's more than 130/90 then you are Hypertensive and need proper medications according to recent Guidelines if not then it's panic attacks you need to switch to
tab-Indrol 10mg 1+1 for 20 days
and Tab-CitaNew 10mg once daily continue
tab-Alp 0.25 mg once daily at night

Not confirmed yet but suddenly raised heart rate and BP anytime mostly after meal but after using concor it decreases now but I don't know I am BP and heart or anxiety patient

U need proper evaluation, kindly have a complete checkup donot start medications just on advice. Go through complete check up having proper history, examination and relevant investigations. Thanks
monitor ur b.p at different times of day.
meanwhile check ur electrolytes. tfts. rfts.s calcium

Dr. Sahab I have used inderal 10mg daily for one year not twice a day bcz of lower heart rate
