Doctor i have severe pain in left arm no chest pain not feeling any tightness in chest. Should I visit hospital or is it a normal thing but I've experienced it for like 5 to 6 times and every time pain feels miserable and difficult to bear.

It can occurs with haevy weight lifting, sleeping on unusual posture. Chest pain with left arm pain with heaviness in chest usually produce during MI, but 95% of the time it usually due to some other reason

This complaint should be worked up properly. Get done your CBC, FBS, Lipid Profile. Check your B.P.Do you have any complaint of heartburn or gases?Take Tablet Myolax 4mg 2times a day and Tablet Voren 50mg 2times a day. If you have heartburn or gases then take Syp.Ulsanic 2TSF 3times a day.Send me the reports and have online consultation.

If u have worked hard with that arm so gv some rest to it. Take tab neproxen sodium 500mg twice daily with meal for three to five days, apply viltral gel and hot compress. If no benefit then physiotherapy may help. Otherwise vonsult directly for further assessment
