G.b stone kbhi bhi bina surgery k remove nhi ho sakty, secondly if patient is symptomatic tou surgery immediate hai, as if stone causes obstruction of G.B Neck that would be a Surgical Emergency
although cholesterol stone can be solved with medicine but treatment is long and about 2 years anyhow talk with a surgeon and be under observe of a specialist physician
