Blood report shows high TLC count which is suggestive of Bacterial infection!
Although TB is very common in Pakistan, but to get infected with it either you need to have an exposure to diseased person or your immunity is low!
Any history of weight loss? Night sweats? TB infected person contact history?? If all are NO than less likely.
Secondly u must have used antibiotics by now, so my suggestion is get yourself examined physically specially auscultation of chest will give better idea.X-rays looks okish!

Report k mutabiq apko pneumonia hoskta hai. Kindly qareebi doctor se foran checkup krwaen. TB ka muft checkup hojata hai TB clinic se woh bhi karwa len.

Apko anemia hay. Dosra ya k kuch chezain hamari diet main aesi hoti hain ju trigger krti hain cough ko. Aap apni body condition k according nutrition plan follow krein Aaj he apni appointment krwain.
you can go for TB workup if you wish to. but keep it simple the better. Maynot be TB until or unless you have been in company of someone who had it.
anyways apni adwiat ka btaein kia kia ley chuki hain. then we can proceed accordingly.
