Do you sit for prolonged periods like on computers or do long-time sitting assignments,?
Please correct your posture.Sit on a straight backed chair.Stand upright whenever you stand.No hunched posture.
Reduce your sitting time and give Intermittent breaks to stand or to lie down.
You may take Tab Nuberol or some other muscle relaxant with massage with voltral emulgel cream.
If the back pain is more than six weeks ,imaging studies might be needed after consultation.
