few questions r very important in ur history,ur age ,weight ,how long periods irregular ,and any hormonal test ,n pelvic USG done or not,....so better to mention age ,weight ,any test one ,... following test. r necessary before start of treatment,.... pelvic USG on day 12 with follicular tracking on day 12,hormonal profile FSH, LH ,Prolactin ,TSH, and inhibin and husband semen analysis ,n tubal patency test ,....after all test we can initiate any treatment
