Talk to Nephrologist on Left Kidney Pain Ending In Left Thai Muscles.
Asking for Self, Male, 56 years old, Lahore
Salaam . I just went through CBC, Lipid Profile, LFT and Urine complete test.
In my Urine test, Sugar is Nil and RBC is Nil too but pus cells are 20-25.
In Lipid Profile Triglycerides are 209 and LDL is 105, and Hb1ac is 11.
Please tell me that do I need to go for Urinanry Albumin to Creatine Ratio test after these values that I shared.

Since ur HbA1c is high so it means u r diabetic and diabetes affect kidneys, but performing Urine ACR depends on duration if diabetes, hope u r taking proper medicines for all problems mentioned above
Kindly do Urine culture as you have pus cell in urine to evaluate urinary tract infection and also go for ultrasound KUB that will rule out any stone, infection or kidney gross pathology causing pain in left lumbar region, before doing Urine albumin creatinine ratio kindly do urea creatinine and electrolytes, if you are diabetic please tell me medications, consult me after these test for further management, thanks
