Aoa! I'm 26 years old guy facing left backpain from previous 2years consulted some neurosurgeons but not satisfied and the pain is not going. The MRI report shows sacroiliac inflammation or like ankylosing spondylitis. Please suggest what should I do

You need to visit a Rheumatologist/Neurologist in person. You can't label someone to have ankylosing spondylitis based on an MRI alone.
