I have faced backbone pain back in January 2025 , it get worse even when i washed my face and bend down looks like too much pressure on it and it starts vibrating.

I took some medicine and it vanished away now my pain is 90% better than before but the problem is that my left leg only specially in thigh area and sometimes below knee joint i start feeling there is some nerve paining a bit and i can feel blood flow but when i raised my leg or start walking it is ok only i feel that when i am laying down.
