We need detailed history like how long have you had the headache who diagnosed it as migraine what is the frequency duration of each attack intensity location any warning symptoms called aura any nausea vomiting and what treatment are you having. And above all you need to discuss the problem with a neurologist

Looks like you have chronic migraine. Taking a cocktail of analgesics doesn’t mean that you will get better. We still need a headache diary and list of triggers which you will need to discuss one by one and how to avoid or deal with them
