2- chronic muscle spasm kisay treatable hai aur kia neck curve completely ya partially restore ho jata hai ?

3- kia neck curve straightening scoliosis hai?

Your MRI shows mild disc bulges and straightening of the neck spine, which can happen due to muscle spasm. This is not dangerous and does not press on the nerves. Regular physiotherapy, posture correction, and short-term muscle relaxants can help. The neck curve can improve with time if the muscles relax. Straightening of the neck is not scoliosis. Winging scapula means the shoulder blade sticks out due to weak muscles or nerve issues, and it is different from shoulder dislocation or general movement problems like scapular dyskinesia. Since your winging is mild, it can improve with targeted shoulder exercises and rehab.

Wa alaikum ul salam
if you are suffering from 8 years, you need to get appointment with your doctor who would evaluate you in detail. As for your questions are concerned, I can guide you briefly as final comment can be made only after detailed history
1.Usually minimal disc bulge does not require treatment and better avoid conditions that worsen diac bulge like bending forward or turning sides quickly, sudden jerky movement, prolonged sitting or driving, poor posture as using screens
2. Need to evaluate cause for these chronic Spasms
3. yes when it strightens in a way that it turns on one side then it becomes scoliosis
4. Winging scapula is basically because a muscle serratus anterior is not working fine, again why its not working fine needs to be evaluated weather its neurological cause or muscular cause
