I have some lumber spine a checkup and doctor suggest to wear a belt and keep a good posture along with some other precautionary measures and sime medicines.I am facing constipation from last 2 weeks.I feel bloated and want ti go to washroom but as soon as I reac there,the gas passes but stools dont pass .I searched the net and it said that its due to my lumber spine I treat it normally by increasing water intake and fibrey diet?
