its important to drink milk. 2 3 serving of dairy products should be take. 1 serving can be 1 cup milk, 2/3 cup yogurt , 1 slice cheese. but for adults its important to substitute some agents like vitamin c in diet. as well as take calcium supplements. for further detail. you can book an appointment

In another authentic hadith, the Prophet (PBUH) said, “There is hardly a disease that has been sent by Allah except He has provided a cure for it. Hence, get yourself treated by cow's milk for indeed I hope that Allah will put cure in it as it eats from all types of trees.” (Tabarani, Nasai, and Ahmad).

for calcium absorption ur vit D intake should be good enough so ur body can absorb calcium from both milk and milk products.if vit D deficiency is there than you should take vitamin D supplement as well for its good absorption.

Unless there is lactose intolerance, CKD or severe diarrhea. One should include low fat milk and yogurt in diet daily. Not only for calcium and phosphorus but for Protein dnd other vitamins as well.

if u dont have vit D deficiency then there is no difficulty to absorb cal.these two vit D and calcium both are essential for eachother.thats right to consume milk and yogurt daily and also take supplement of vit D or the best source of vit D is sunlight in the morning Which will absorb a good quantity of vit D.
